Welcome to ItenaTravel (operated by Ritma Insights Sdn Bhd). By accessing or using our web platform or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

1Platform Nature & Information Directory Status

Important Notice: ItenaTravel is strictly an information discovery directory. We are NOT a travel agency, tour operator, or booking intermediary, and we do not issue travel insurance or sell tour packages directly.

ItenaTravel provides curated points of interest (POIs), nature trails, cultural landmarks, and local tour provider listings in Sarawak. Transactions, bookings, and agreements entered into with listed providers occur independently between you and the respective provider.

2Content Accuracy & Provider Listings

While we strive to maintain accurate information regarding opening hours, entrance fees, contact details, and trail difficulty levels:

Listing information is updated periodically or supplied by independent tour operators and local providers.
Details are subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions, park authority regulations, or operational shifts.
We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any listing or map coordinate on the platform.

3Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participating in outdoor activities, hiking trails, rainforest exploration, and eco-tours involves inherent risks, including terrain hazards, wildlife encounters, and sudden weather changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Ritma Insights Sdn Bhd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from personal injury, loss of property, service cancellation, or accidents occurring during visits to any location or provider listed on ItenaTravel.

4Service Provider Obligations

Tour operators, local guides, and business owners registering on the Provider Portal warrant that:

All information provided is true, accurate, and kept up-to-date.
They hold all necessary local permits, business licenses, and MOTAC/state registrations required to operate.
ItenaTravel reserves the right to unpublish, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion for non-compliance, inaccurate details, or negative safety feedback.

5Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sarawak, Malaysia.
